Inclusion
At Hinchley Wood Primary School, we make every effort to ensure that all children, irrespective of their starting point, are given the opportunity to succeed and to reach their full potential in all areas of their development through the use of inclusive pedagogy.
We believe that an inclusive environment enables all children to feel that they fully belong, are valued, welcomed, respected, included, represented, and heard. It is important for all stakeholders to know that they can be authentic, can contribute to the school community, and have a voice.
Our desire for meaningful inclusion is evident across all areas of our school life and embedded in our five values of Confidence, Consideration, Determination, Enthusiasm and Independence.
