This week we have been focussing on Remembrance Day, both in our assemblies and in class. Every class has completed some Remembrance themed art work, which we will use to create a whole school display. The finished article will be shared with you in next week's newsletter. Today the children all participated very respectfully in our 2 minute silence. This Sunday two of our pupils will be laying a wreath at the Remembrance Day Service at the Memorial Gardens in Hinchley Wood. We know that many of our pupils who are involved in the Scouting and Guiding groups will also be there, looking very smart in their uniforms. Larch class are also getting a visit from a real life soldier (aka Sienna's daddy) next week, which we know they are very excited about.
